Management   William Beckett   President, CEO and founder - Bill has over 37 years of experience in venture capital, banking and business development.  He is former President and founder of a venture capital fund that invested in minority and women-owned businesses.  He is a Viet Nam service disabled military veteran and served as a 1st Lieutenant in the US Army Adjutant General’s Corps.  He is currently a director of several business and civic boards including the Small Business, Agriculture and Labor Advisory Board of the Federal Reserve Bank of Chicago.  He is a recipient of several awards for his professional accomplishments and community service.  He received his Bachelors and Masters degrees from the University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee, and is a graduate of the Executive Management Program of the Amos Tuck School of Business at Dartmouth College.
Vicki Treul   Vice President - Vicki oversees production and has over twenty years of manufacturing experience.  She joined CHRYSPAC after thirteen years with Starline Manufacturing where she was Key Account Manager in Production Control. In addition to production, she also has experience in customer relations, accounting and finance. Vicki is a graduate of Mount Mary College in Milwaukee, WI.           Emily Beckett   Vice President – Emily has over nine years of experience. She joined CHRYSPAC to become responsible for client services and market development.  Emily attended Xavier University in New Orleans, Louisiana where she was a pre-med major and received a BS in Biology, with a minor in Chemistry.
